The bill (Reg. No.6346) introduces amendments to item 1 of Chapter II of "Final Provisions" of the Law "On Amendments to certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine regarding the Protection of Land Capacity", according to which, the effective legislation envisages penalties for the use of land areas of agricultural purpose without projects of organization of land exploitation from 1 January 2012.
According to the Committee members, the term suggested by the bill is enough for the land owners to properly implement the requirement of laws for the elaboration of projects on organization of land exploitation.
